• OPEN GYM i Home of Órale STRENGTH offers equipment for powerlifting, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, recreational weightlifting, cross training or general fitness. Our facility offers male and female barbells, bumper and steel plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls (aka wall balls), gymnastics rings, assault bikes, rowers, mobility tools, wall mounted rigs, 8 squat/bench stations and a lot of open floor space.

• THIS GYM originated from the desire to provide a place to workout comfortably in an individual, group, or personal training setting. The goal is to provide a friendly, positive, supportive atmosphere to workout that you can call home.
