SAD NEWS - GYM CLOSED

Hi everyone,

In the last 30 minutes we were just notified that all gym in the Los Angeles County must CLOSE effective immediately through March 31st.

We are truly sorry for the closure but this is for the best of not only our community but for everyone as a whole. We will continue to post Home Workouts throughout all of this.
