Monday, January 9th and we will be focusing on all our core lifts.

- Back Squat

- Front Squat

- Strict Press

- Bench Press

- Deadlift

- Hang Power Cleans and Power Cleans

- Hang Power Snatches and Power Snatches

Included in the mix will be fun accessory work and some WODs of course. Did this cycle the 1st year here at the gym and trust me when I say everyone get real strong. Good base and foundation for everyone is strength in the movements above and all the strict movement patterns involved with CrossFit. Be ready to crush 2020!!!
