The tests that are being held this week and last week are not only to see what our 1 rep max at those movements are, but to see where we are at right now. Some athletes may achieve an all-time PR in this next couple weeks and some may not. We are only a couple weeks removed from the Open, so do not get discouraged if you do not happen to PR. This is meant to help more for when we ask for specific percentages for the movements when they get programmed again. this will allow for a more recent and updated number to go off of. Good Luck!!!
