After a lot of thought, I have decided to make Thursday's sessions not only another day to WOD but to really learn and practice on our gymnastics. Whether it's pull ups, handstands, double under, muscle ups, etc., this is where we will really be breaking it all down. Don't think we won't touch on those movements any other day of the week, but why not have a certain portion of the week to do it just like any other movement we do during the week (Cleans, Snatch , Back Squats, etc.).
So now, EVERY Thursday we will be breaking down gymnastic movements and progressing our skill sets each week. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced athlete, there is always room for improvement. Don't miss out.
