The week of free classes was super successful and so thankful to everyone who came out to support.

SUPER EXCITED!!!! All the hard work, blood, sweat and tears have finally lead up to tomorrow. Doors are officially open for operation. O.G THROWDOWN starts at 6AM, OPEN GYM Hours are from 7am-6pm, and O.G. THROWDOWN at 6pm. Both websites are ready as well. Hope to see you there. .
