


LEGION OF BARBELL
(EVERY 6 WEEKS IN PERSON)
Take some extra time to learn and really focus on the technique of the 3 Olympic Lifts (Snatch, Clean, and Split Jerk. Also the 4 Powerlifting Movements (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Strict Press). Along with many of the complimentary exercises for each lift. Classes are 90 minutes, once a week, and lead by a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach.

The opportunity for clients to get in supplementary work, follow their Online Personal Programming (OPP), Personal Training, or even to follow that day's programming in case you were unable to attend a class. Coaches are there to help supervise during these hours as well.
