Day-to-day group training classes that are programmed for a variety of different skill sets.. Trainer-lead group warm up, skill or strength work, and a finisher workout. Classes last one hour and are offered 5 days a week.

SWEAT!

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

Longer workouts that don't require prior experience, but do require a willingness to work hard! With a focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, and bodyweight movements, this program is a great way to mix it up.

RISE & GRIND

This program focuses on functional bodybuilding and tempo training. With the goal of improved physical attributes in mind, this class is great for building kinesthetic awareness and more.

ASS & ABS

(EVERY 6 WEEKS IN PERSON)

UNLMIITED MEMBERSHIP

Strengthen, build, and shape your thighs, gluteus, and abs. Let us help you shape your abs down to your calves. This is a great class for anyone looking to condition and add results to their weekly training. 

LEGION OF BARBELL

(EVERY 6 WEEKS IN PERSON)

UNLMIITED MEMBERSHIP

Take some extra time to learn and really focus on the technique of the 3 Olympic Lifts (Snatch, Clean, and Split Jerk. Also the 4 Powerlifting Movements (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Strict Press). Along with many of the complimentary exercises for each lift. Classes are 90 minutes, once a week, and lead by a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach.

OPEN GYM

(MON-FRI @10AM-12:30PM & 1:30PM-5PM)

The opportunity for clients to get in supplementary work, follow their Online Personal Programming (OPP),  Personal Training, or even to follow that day's programming in case you were unable to attend a class. Coaches are there to help supervise during these hours as well.

Your trainer creates a plan that is specific to your needs. With a program that fits, you are more likely to maintain the habit and see results. Also, a few sessions can be a great tool for learning the fundamentals that will be used in our classes if that is the overall goal.
