DON'T FORGET!!! STARTING in the LAST WEEK of AUGSUT, on MONDAY-WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY at 9AM, we will be previewing our new class titled FIT-WOD (Family Integrated Training-WOD). This time slot will have a place for you kids to hang out while you work out. Come and try out this FRRE TRIAL in the last week of AUGUST on the 27th, 29th, and 31st.

STARTING in SEPTEMBER on WEDNESDAYS at 9AM, we will be previewing our new class titled FIT-WOD (Family Integrated Training-WOD).
