THURSDAYS ARE FOR LEARNING
After a lot of thought, I have decided to make Thursday's sessions not only another day to WOD but to really learn and practice on our gymnastics. Whether it's pull ups, handstands, double under, muscle ups, etc., this is where we will really be breaking it all down. Don't think we won't touch on those movements any other day of the week, but why not have a certain portion of the week to do it just like any other movement we do during the week (Cleans, Snatch , Back Squats,
