So happy to post one of my first videos here at OPEN GYM Powered by FIT-WOD. For today's WOD WEDNESDAY post on Instagram, I chose to play around with all of the equipment that the facility will have to offer. Video posted below.

Flooring finished last week. The 8 pallets of Rogue Equipment has been put away and now one of the final touches to the facility has begun. With the help of my good friend Moe Salazar and all of his handy dandy tools, we were able to begin mounting the first of many squat/pull up stations at OPEN GYM. Thank you Moe! 3 Pallets arrived this afternoon and the flooring has begun. These things are heavy but in an awkward way. Takes a huge tole on the grip. And yes, those are my footprints.

Took the last few days off from the physical labor to allow for my body to recover. Had a lot of work to do for my Master's Program as well. Decided to take the time to catch up on that and take care of the backend work for both websites, my apparel (coming soon), and all sorts of paperwork involved with starting a business. As soon as my workers finished up. I did two things. 1. Place a large equipment order (weights, rigs, flooring, etc) 2. Bought all the supplies needed in order to start my part in the remodel (paint, painting supplies, cement, etc. It's only been 4 days and guess what? I already finished up all the painting. I know it's been a couple days since my last post. With all thats been going on to help these guys finish up their job has been crazy. Hard work does pay off. In less than 1 week, my guys have finished their part. They have built me a new wall, have done a ton of electrical work, wall reinforcement, and a ton of patching and clean up as well. Now my part begins. A lot of work left to be done on my end.
